Inviting spaciousness
to ease life’s complexities

8 weeks MBSR program
Introducing the
Stress takes many forms—sometimes obvious, sometimes subtle, and often as quiet tensions we may not immediately recognise. Held in both body and mind, it can shape our energy, mood, and responses long before we become aware of its presence.
Mindfulness‑Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an eight‑week secular programme developed by Jon Kabat‑Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. Originally created for those navigating stress and health challenges, it has since become a widely accessible pathway to greater wellbeing. Decades of research highlight meaningful improvements in stress, emotional balance, and overall quality of life.
Over the eight weeks, participants explore guided practices and everyday mindfulness, gently cultivating awareness and resilience. As you learn to recognise thoughts, emotions, and habitual patterns, new possibilities for more compassionate and skilful responses begin to emerge.
Choosing this programme is an invitation to return to yourself — a generous act of care that naturally touches those around you.
